Part 2 - Exercises


This is the body map, where you can view exercises by body part. Tap a muscle group in the picture, and a list of exercises for that group will be displayed. In this image, only the front side is shown. The image can be swiped to the left for a posterior view. Tapping the back arrow in the upper right-hand corner will return you to the previous screen.























Selecting a muscle group brings up a list of related exercises. Select an exercise to view the illustration and instructions for performing it. You can also add your own custom exercises - complete with instructions - by typing a name next to "new" and tapping "add". Again, the back arrow in the upper right-hand corner will return you to the previous screen.




























When viewing the detailed instructions for an exercise, you have the option of immediately starting a set. This will open the exercise log screen where you can enter your weight and reps for this exercise. You can also choose to add this exercise to one of your custom routines by tapping "routine".
